All you need are some spare buttons, patterned and plain papers, a circle punch and a little bit of ribbon and off you go. Notice that the top cards has been made with paper buttons. If, in the unlikely event you don't have a big jar of neglected buttons at home, you can always make some using light card and a die or a couple of circle punches.
The base cards come from Regal Craft Cards.
