I believe this card may be a Heather creation. Using a pre-cut scallop edge card from Regal Craft she has chosen a couple of tulip images and covered one with a film type clear sheet to give the effect of a film strip. This is a very simple but effective card that could be changed to suite anyone for any occasion.
