As you can see, the boxes open out when the lid is removed (a bit like an explosion card) to reveal a number of panels on which needles, pins and suchlike can be stored, as well as a little cube in the middle for your thimble.
Its not strictly speaking "a card" but its a great handmade gift to go with your handmade cards!
